“Our trip started with our bus driver (Debbie) letting us on the bus but not checking tickets or a count of people which resulted in the driver leaving 5 minutes early and many people had to get on another bus to meet us because she left them behind. When we got to the second stop, they checked our tickets and found that they were overbooked. “George was an excellent driver and guide with great communication throughout the tour. The mini bus was not comfortable as it was very bumpy and it certainly was not a luxury coach as advertised which was disappointing as it was a long day.”

“Although the bus was new, it was not a typical comfortable coach. The driver/tour guide in no way was a tour guide. She was a capable driver but shared NO information about our destination which was Yosemiti National Park. The Park was wonderful and the one-day tour would have been better had the tour company trained their driver/tour guide and provided a microphone for the driver and appropriate background information.”

The van definitely needs work on suspension it felt like you were hitting a pot hole at least every 15 seconds at one point I went airborne You couldn’t even rest your arm on window because it kept getting slammed. “The tour was a full 8 hour day with lots of walking. This is definitely not for those with any sort of mobility or stamina concerns. Mark, our guide, provided an almost nonstop torrent of historical information and personal opinions that eventually wore me down to where I finally stopped paying attention to what he was yammering on about. It was simply too much to listen to over such an extended period of time.”

“This is a car ONLY setup not a TOUR at all. I had to do all the work to setup the winery tours and itinerary. Clearly the title says Winery Tour. Be very careful, if you know where you want to go and want to setup,all the visits, then consider it. The driver was great and the ride was comfortable but I did not expect to do all the work. Viator needs to better screen its operators. None of the reviews state that you have to setup your own tours. Also, our driver knew nothing about the area and was quiet the entire trip.”
