“Don’t deal with Viator if you can keep from it. Or with City Cruises. We came in from Illinois to San Francisco for a weekend before we caught our cruise ship out of San Francisco. Our first flight on Friday morning went without a hitch. Our second flight was supposed to have us in San Francisco by 1:30.
