“Ben was a terrific guide. He was very knowledgeable about the mission district and food in general. The first three tastings were all good but would have preferred more selection. Other food tours we’ve been on have had more stops and typically multiple tastings at each stop, sometimes served family style. The last stop for ice cream was just okay. Ben was a good storyteller and tour would have been a five if more food tastings.”

After learning about the history of chocolate chip cookies and then doing a blind chocolate tasting (very informative and fun!), we got into the kitchen and baked the most amazing batch of chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever tasted. I can’t wait to try again at home. We did a lot of fun things on this trip to SF, but we both agree this workshop is likely to be the one thing we both remember best. Highly recommended!
